what are the directions for cooking the frozen entrees. I have a shrimp marinara with pasta that is frozen. Does it need to be defrosted before cooking? What is the best temperature? and for how long does it need to bake?

Defrosting: Do NOT defrost it. The entrees are designed to be cooked directly from frozen. Defrosting can make the pasta mushy.
Best Temperature & Time:Temperature: Often 375 to 400F.Time: Usually 45 to 60 minutes. It’s recommended to cook it covered with foil for the first part to heat it through evenly, and then uncover it for the last 10-15 minutes to allow the top to brown.
Safety Check: Since it contains shrimp, the most important rule is to ensure it reaches a safe internal temperature. Cook until the shrimp are opaque and pink and the internal temperature of the casserole reaches at least 165F.
